I currently do not offer framing services, but the portraits are created in standard sizes, making it easy for you to frame them.

I can include vehicles, or landscape features. However I don’t draw human or animal figures. Please mention any specific requests when placing your order.

What kind of reference photos do you need?

Clear, high-quality photos of the house from your preferred angle work best. If you have multiple photos, I can combine elements to create the perfect composition.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer international shipping for original hand-painted portraits. Digital files can be sent anywhere via email.

What is the difference between the digital and original hand-painted options?

The digital option is a high-resolution file you can print yourself, while the original is a hand-painted watercolor portrait that is physically shipped to you.

What if I want revisions after seeing the final portrait?
