About
Tauseef Ahmed is a visual artist who works mainly in architectural and automotive illustration. Buildings, vehicles, and the spaces they sit in. Each piece is built up slowly, with close attention to detail.
He comes from an engineering background, and it still shapes how he works. There’s a habit of looking closely at structure and proportion before anything else, and it carries into every piece he draws.
Most of what he draws doesn’t move or breathe. Buildings, machines, still spaces. He’s always been drawn to things that hold their shape long enough to be truly looked at. It’s simply where his interest has always sat.
Over the years, that’s taken him into a lot of different homes and stories. A family’s first house, a wedding venue that means something to someone, a motorcycle someone’s kept for twenty years. Clients across many countries have turned to him to have those things drawn into something they can keep.
He works across ink, watercolour, pencil, ballpoint, and digital media, and has been drawing since childhood, turning it into a full-time practice since 2014. When he’s not drawing, he’s cycling, exploring, or spending time with his family.
